Kachhwahas of Amer (Jaipur), Raja Bharmal, Raja Bhagwantdas, Mansingh I
RAJA BHARMAL (1547 – 1573 ) : -
Bharmal was the first ruler of Rajasthan who accepted the suzerainty of the Mughals. Raja Bharmal met Akbar with the help of Chagatai Khan and accepted his submission and married his daughter Harka Bai (Jodhabai) to Akbar.
Prince Salim was born from 7 Bai's womb, Salim (Jahangir) named Harka Bai as Mariam-Ujjamani. , Raja Bharmal his son Bhagwantdas and grandson Mansingh. Sent to the service of Akbar.
KOKIL DEV : -
Dulharai's grandson Kokildev in 1207 AD. After defeating the local Meenas of Amer, made Amer his capital.
Which remained the capital of Kachhwaha rulers till the establishment of Jaipur city (1727 AD).
AMER JAIPUR KE KACHAVAH : -
The rulers of the Kachhwaha dynasty consider themselves to be descendants of Kush, the son of Lord Ramchandra.
The kingdom of Amer Jaipur's Kachchwah dynasty was established (1137 AD) by Dulharay, who was the son of Narwar (Madhya Pradesh) ruler Sodh Dev, after defeating Dhundhad (Dausa and Ramgarh), Bargujars and Meenas.
RAJA BHAGVANTDAS (1573 – 1589 ) : -
Bharmal's son Raja Bhagwantdas married his daughter Manbai to Prince Salim. , Bhagwantdas died in Lahore.
MAN SINGH PARTHAM( I )(1589 – 1614 ) : -
After the death of Bhagwantdas in 1589 AD. Mansingh took over the administration of Amer.
Mansingh, one of Akbar's Navratnas, was given the highest mansab of 7000 by Akbar.
By becoming the governor of Bengal and Bihar, Mansingh contributed significantly to the expansion of Mughal power.
In the battle of Haldighati against Maharana Pratap, Mansingh took over the leadership of the Mughal army.
Mansingh brought the idol of Shiladevi from Jessore in Bengal and installed it in the palaces of Amer. Mansingh got the Jagat Shiromani temple built in Amer in memory of his son Jagatsingh.
Mansingh supported Khusro in the struggle for the succession of Akbar, after being angry with which Jahangir sent him (Mansingh) on the Bengal campaign where in 1614 at Ilchipur He died .
After the death of Mansingh, Jahangir made his son Bhavsingh the ruler (1614 – 1621).
